1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

We are pleased to offer a 1-year limited warranty on all Saber Mashups products, covering failures due to defective craftsmanship. This warranty includes the internal components (“guts”) of our sabers as well as the construction of our custom hilts. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable. If you sell, trade, or otherwise transfer ownership of your saber to another party, the warranty will be voided.

Malfunctions in the LED lighting system due to manufacturing defects.

Failures in the sound board or speaker caused by faulty craftsmanship.

Issues with internal hardware or wiring resulting from production errors.

Cosmetic damage present upon delivery, provided it is documented with shipping photos taken at the time of shipment.

Failures resulting from any attempt to rewire, modify, or tamper with the saber’s electronics.

Damage caused by the customer disassembling the saber.

Failures due to obvious physical neglect or mishandling.

Damage from water submersion.

Issues arising from general abuse or misuse of the product.
